If you access our homepage, general information are being gathered automatically. These information (server-logfiles) contain for instance the type of the web browser, the operating system being used, the domain name of your internet service provider and the like. At this, it is exclusively a matter of information which do not allow any conclusion about your person. These information are technically necessary to correctly provide contents from web pages requested from you and stringently arise when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind are being statistically assessed by us to optimize our internet presence and the technology behind it.

We use your personal information within City-Residence GmbH in case of a rental or letting request and forward them to a third party only, if this is necessary for a successful negotiation. Third parties in the aforementioned sense are potential landlords and their agents in the case of a rental request and, in the case of a rental application, potential tenants and their agents.
The successful completion of our placement order also includes inquiries about the quality of our service.
4. Right to revoke
If you have entrusted us with personal data, you are entitled to enforce their deletion at any time. Details for invoice or book-keeping purposes are not affected by a cancellation or deletion.
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to the relevant regulatory authority if you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful.

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time.
